By using this website or placing an order with AKE LED Pakistan, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Use
   Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of the LED bulb with their vehicle’s make, model, and electrical system. AKE is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation or product misuse.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   All LED headlight bulbs are classified as electronic items and are non-returnable once sold due to quality control and safety reasons.
3. Order Confirmation
   AKE reserves the right to cancel or modify orders at its discretion. Orders are only confirmed after verification and payment.
4. Payment Terms
   All orders must be fully prepaid via bank transfer or digital payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any product category.
5. Delivery Areas & Charges
   Shipping charges are based on location. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access areas. These will be communicated after order placement.
6. Warranty & Claims
   Products are covered under limited warranty only for manufacturing defects. Physical damage, installation errors, or voltage-related issues are not covered. Proof of installation and defect evidence (e.g., photos or videos) must be submitted for claims.
7. Liability Disclaimer
   AKE Pakistan is not liable for installation damage, vehicle system faults, or consequential loss resulting from improper use or third-party handling.
8. Intellectual Property
   All brand logos, product names, and content on this website are the intellectual property of AKE and may not be reproduced without written consent.
